Terms & Conditions for Fast Print T-Shirts

  • 3 working days ” refers to Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and state holidays for Selangor & Wilayah Persekutuan. Orders confirmed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • Order Confirmation – Production begins only after full confirmation of artwork, order details, and payment.
  • Customer Responsibility – It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all details before confirmation. We are not liable for errors in provided artwork or specifications.
  • Turnaround Time – Orders are completed within 3 working days upon confirmation. Lead time may vary based on order quantity and complexity.
  • Artwork Requirements – Customers must provide print-ready vector files (AI, PDF with outlines). Non-vector files (e.g., PNG, JPG) may require additional processing time.
  • No Edits After Confirmation – Once the order is confirmed, no further changes or modifications can be made.
  • Print Accuracy – Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences and printing methods. We do not guarantee exact color matching.
  • Payment & Cancellation – Full payment is required before production. Cancellations after confirmation are not refundable.
  • Defect & Replacement Policy – Only printing defects or incorrect orders will be eligible for reprints. Minor variations in placement, color, or size are not considered defects.
  • Coverage Area – The 3-day completion time applies only within Klang Valley. For orders outside Klang Valley, items will be sent via courier service, and transit time will vary.
  • Courier & Delivery – We are not responsible for courier delays or late deliveries caused by third-party logistics. Customers should plan accordingly for delivery time.
  • Delivery proof will be based on the date and time stated on the airway bill. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service.
  • We reserve the right to reject any order that does not meet our requirements, including incomplete artwork, unsuitable file formats, or non-compliance with our terms.
  • Order Processing – We STRICTLY do not accept any payment before receiving the finalized artwork, artwork proof approval, sizes, and complete order details. Production will only begin after full confirmation and payment.
