How to order?
Q: How do I order a t-shirt with printing from you?
A: Please provide us with your t-shirt artwork and logo/graphic in AI or PDF format (MUST be in vector format for best quality).

Q: How do I provide the design to you?
A: You can send us your design via email, or whatsapp. If you don't have a design ready, just let us know and we can guide you through the process.
Q: I don’t have any experience in t-shirt design. Can you help me?
A: Yes, we can guide you through the process. Follow the steps below to place your order efficiently. For more details, check out our blog.
Step 1: Plan your design.
Step 2: Choose your t-shirt color and size.
Step 3: Send us your logo/graphic that you want to print on the t-shirt (T&C apply).
Step 4: We’ll take care of the rest for you!
Q: What kind of file format do I need to order a print?
A: We prefer AI or SVG files for printing. However, other formats such as JPG, PNG, or GIF may be accepted under certain conditions.
Q: Why do JPG, PNG, and GIF formats have limitations?
A: Unlike vector files (AI, SVG), raster images like JPG, PNG, and GIF may lose quality when resized. If you provide these formats, we will check their resolution and quality first. Low-resolution images may result in blurry prints, so we may require a higher-quality file.
Q: How many days does delivery take?
A: Delivery takes 7-14 working days (including Saturdays) after all confirmations are completed. The delivery timeframe starts from the day all confirmations are finalized.

• Size and t-shirt color confirmation
• Payment confirmation
Q: Can I see a sample of the design before it's printed on the t-shirt?
A: Yes, we will provide you with a digital mockup / approval sheet of the design for your approval before we start printing.
Q: How long does it take to create an Approval sheet?
A: It depends on the complexity of the design, but typically it takes 1-2 business days to create a design.
T-shirt Printing Sample
Q: Can I request a blank t-shirt sample?
A: Yes, we can provide a t-shirt sample at the regular price. The cost can be rebated if you proceed with a bulk order. You may return and request a refund if the t-shirt is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and clean. Refunds do not include shipping costs and are only applicable for customers purchasing 10 or more pieces.
Q: Can I request a printed sample before placing a bulk order?
A: Yes, we can provide a printed sample at the regular price. The cost will be discounted if you proceed with a bulk purchase. However, printed samples are non-refundable.
Q: What if I’m not satisfied with the printed sample?
A: If the first sample does not meet your expectations, we can provide up to 3 printed samples at the bulk purchase price. However, the 4th sample and beyond will not be eligible for a rebate.
